C. Braaksma Electric was founded in 2002 by Chris Braaksma, a Licensed Master Electrician in the State of Wisconsin. Fully insured and certified as a State of Wisconsin Building Contractor, our company also holds a Farm Electrical Wiring Certification through Alliant Energy and WE Energies. We are proud members of the Waupun Chamber of Commerce and are committed to delivering quality work at fair prices. With most of our business coming from word-of-mouth referrals, customer satisfaction has always been our top priority.

Chris’s journey in the electrical trade began at just 12 years old, working alongside his father at the family’s electrical company in Green Lake County. After graduating from Central Wisconsin Christian High School in 1997, he pursued electrical work full-time, gaining valuable experience with both residential and commercial projects. During this time, he earned his Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician license and expanded his skills by working on larger projects, including commercial buildings and multifamily apartments.

In 2002, Chris took the next step in his career, starting his own business and achieving his Wisconsin Master Electrician license. Since then, C. Braaksma Electric has been proudly serving Waupun, Beaver Dam, and the surrounding communities with reliable, professional electrical services for residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural needs.
